We will be at Princeton Farmers’ Market Tuesday from 8:30 until 2:00 with strawberries, blueberries, peas, salad greens, and Plow Creek Bakery goodies. We now have good quantities of blueberries for market, but not enough rows are ripe to open for public picking yet.

We will be at Princeton Farmers’ Market this Saturday, June 17. We will have strawberries (probably still in large quantity), snow peas, sugar snap peas, and Plow Creek Bakery products. I plan to check Friday if I can bring a few blueberries, but there will not be many yet. Market opens at 8:30, not 8:00, as was printed in our newsletter. We officially close at 2:00 but are often sold out earlier.

Our sugar snap pea season will be coming to an end soon. The Saturday markets in Princeton and Sterling, and Tuesday’s market in Princeton may be your last chance this year to purchase them from us. We currently have an abundance of snow peas, so this is a great time to purchase them in quantity for freezing (or just enjoying now!). Both kinds are $3.50/qt.

Come visit us today in Spring Valley at Valley Flowers. Strawberries, spinach and peas for sale from 8:30 to Noon

Strawberry U-Pick open Tuesday 7AM-Noon, or as berries last. The rest of the week yet to be decided, but likely Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. U-pick price is $1.35/pound (10% off 50 pounds or more).

On Saturday we covered much of the field to bring 30 flats to market, getting 1 to 2 flats per row in the best sections. Also saw indications that the majority of our Jewel sections are poised to ripen lots of big berries soon. The Earliglows are unusually small this year, but still very sweet.

We will also be at Princeton Farmers’ Market from 8:30 until 2:00 P.M. We will have strawberries, sugar snap peas, and Plow Creek Bakery goodies.

We will be at Princeton Farmers’ Market from 8:30 until 2:00 P.M. (But we may well leave earlier.) We will have a limited quantity of strawberries so will probably only sell a quart or two per customer so more people can taste them. More coming!

Plow Creek Bakery products are here. We have a little more variety, with kale, dill, cilantro, radishes, sugar snap peas and bok choy, as well as rhubarb, spinach, and salad mix, copies of our newsletter and the cookbook Simply in Season.

We don’t have enough strawberries to be open for picking yet. Possibly next week. Keep checking back here.

We will not have enough berries or other produce to make it to the Twin City Market yet. Sorry, friends!

Surprisingly, we still have some strawberries. Friday evening we mowed off the upper leaves making the remaining berries easier to find. Blueberries and strawberries, peas and green beans, along with Plow Creek Bakery items for sale at Princeton Farmers’ Market, opening at 8:30. Open for blueberry (7 A.M. - noon) and self-serve strawberry picking 7 A.M. - 2 P.M. and 4 - 8 P.M.
