bountiful black walnuts

It looks like a good crop of black walnuts this year. I just started gathering them today. They are best seasoned several weeks, but several hours of slow roasting is a fine substitute. I probably start bringing them to Princeton market next week. If you want larger quantities, or would like them still in the hull (cheaper!) please contact us.
