    Easy Refrigerator Pickles

    Slice as many cucumbers as you want to eat as pickles or as many will fit in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Place slices in jar. Add equal amounts white vinegar and water. Close tightly with lid. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    After all of the pickles are eaten, you can reuse the vinegar-water for another batch or two of pickles.
