Princeton Farmers’ Market continues every Saturday through October with plenty of great produce. This Saturday we plan to bring

We will also bring a good assortment of Plow Creek Bakery goods. Market opens 8:30. We plan to leave at noon this week.


Plow Creek Farm will be at the Peoria and Princeton farmers’ markets on Saturday. The first watermelon are now in. We also plan to bring muskmelon, blueberries, blackberries and a few red raspberries. We have plenty of tomatoes and peppers (both green and a few ripe). Zucchini, cucumbers, onions, garlic, potatoes, and some wild greens will also be there. We’ve just made jam from some of the blackberries — delicious! And Plow Creek Bakery will have plenty of home-made baked goods. Peoria market opens at 8:00 and Princeton at 8:30.


We will be at farmers’ market in Princeton on Saturday morning. We now have chestnuts. We have lots of potatoes, tomatoes (including canning tomatoes by the half bushel) and peppers (sweet green, orange, and red plus hot varieties — jalapeno and habanero). We’ll also bring some red raspberries, sweet potatoes, herbs (basil, mint, cilantro), garlic, turnips, green onions, lettuce, arugula, kale, chard, radishes, green beans, winter squash (including pumpkins), gourds, and eggplant. We’ll bring red raspberry jam from our berries and honey from our farm. Plow Creek Bakery is on vacation. Market opens at 8:30.


We are going to market in Princeton and LaSalle this afternoon. We’ll have raspberries, watermelon, concord grapes, winter squash (pie pumpkins, acorn types, and butternut), peppers (sweet and hot), and tomatoes. We’ll also have some green beans, green onions, arugula, radishes, turnips, garlic, jam, honey, sweet potatoes, and potatoes. Both markets go from 3:00 to 6:00.


We will be at Princeton and Peoria farmers’ markets Saturday morning. We’ll bring watermelon, red raspberries, Concord grapes, tomatoes, eggplant, radishes, peppers (green and ripe sweet peppers, plus habanero, cayenne, and jalapeno hot peppers), cucumbers, zucchini, garlic, potatoes, sweet potatoes, arugula, green beans, red raspberry jam, and honey from our farm. Plow Creek Bakery will also be back with a good variety of goodies. Peoria market opens at 8:00 and Princeton at 8:30.


Farmers’ markets today in Princeton and LaSalle. We have LOTS of watermelons and raspberries. We’ll also bring tomatoes, peppers, green beans, potatoes, muskmelon, blackberries, garlic, jam from our berries, and honey from our farm. Both markets run from 3:00 to 6:00.


Plow Creek Farm will be at market in Peoria and Princeton on Saturday. We have lots of watermelons and red raspberries. We also will bring muskmelon, tomatoes, blackberries, green beans, eggplant, garlic, honey, cucumbers, zucchini, and raspberry jam. Plow Creek Bakery will have a good variety of cookies and breads. Peoria market opens at 8:00 and Princeton at 8:30.


Cantaloupe (also called muskmelon) is now in season and will be appearing in our Saturday markets in Princeton and Peoria. Other fruit we will also have are blueberries, red raspberries, and blackberries. We have plenty of tomatoes, plus eggplant, sweet and hot peppers, cucumbers, green beans, chard, beets, jam and honey. Plow Creek Bakery will have a fine selection of goodies. Peoria market opens at 8:00 and Princeton at 8:30.


We will be at farmers’ markets in Peoria and Princeton on Saturday. We will plenty of red raspberries, and some blueberries and blackberries. We will bring eggplant, green peppers, tomatoes, rhubarb, zucchini & yellow squash, cucumbers, green beans, kale, wild spinach, purslane, potatoes, turnips, beets, fresh garlic, peppermint, garlic chives. We just made jam with some of our red raspberries, so we have a few jars available. We’ll also bring fresh honey from the hives on our farm in Tiskilwa. In addition, expect plenty of goodies from Plow Creek Bakery. Peoria market opens at 8:00 and Princeton at 8:30.
